This study aims to determine the Application of Management Functionc Againts Effectiveness of the Management of Owned Enterpnses of Tonrong Rijang Village, Baranti Sub District, Sidenreng Rappang, and to know the Factors Affecting the Management of the Effectiveness of the Management of the Owned Enterprise of Tonrong Rijang village, Baranti Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
